1. Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Sale items, bodysuits, and accessories are final sale and not returnable.

Include your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we get your return and check the item, we’ll email you.

If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order had free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you got the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll fix the issue at no cost to you.
